This all depends on the purpose of the service call. If we’re doing a general HVAC maintenance visit, this takes normally 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the condition of your system. If we end up finding an issue that warrants a repair or replacement of a part, we can sometimes perform the repair on the same visit, or schedule another appointment once the part on order is available.
If after doing an inspection of your furnace we find that it cannot be repaired and an HVAC system replacement is needed, we will explain next steps including multiple different options based on price, efficiency, etc.
